I'm Hannah, a Registered Occupational Therapist specialising in sleep and workplace wellbeing. I offer focused, practical support, whether that's helping individuals sleep better, or working with organisations to build a workplace where people genuinely thrive.

Based on the South Coast, working with individuals and organisations locally and remotely across the UK.

Sleep Support 

If sleep feels like something that happens to other people and you're exhausted from trying to fix it, you're in the right place.

I offer personalised, evidence-based sleep support for adults, grounded in occupational therapy principles. Whether you struggle to fall asleep, stay asleep, or simply never wake feeling rested, we'll work together to understand what's getting in the way and build something that actually helps.

I also offer small group sleep programmes for those who prefer a shared learning environment.

Workplace Wellbeing

A healthy workplace is about more than perks and policies. It's about people feeling supported, understood, and able to do their best work.

I work with small businesses and teams to build meaningful wellbeing support for their employees. From tailored workshops covering topics like sleep, stress, and neurodiversity, to practical assessments that help employers to better support their staff, everything is grounded in occupational therapy and designed around your organisation's specific needs.

I'm Hannah, a Registered Occupational Therapist based on the South Coast. I founded Delta Waves to offer support that feels genuinely personal, practical, and grounded in real life.

With a diverse clinical background across mental and physical health sectors, I bring a depth of experience that goes beyond typical wellness support, whether that's helping someone reclaim their sleep or working with a small business to better support their team.
